top2world does not sell, ship, bill or stock anything. There is no checkout on this site and no access to anyone's order, which means refunds, cancellations, delivery questions and subscription changes all have to go to the seller.
- Find your order confirmation email. It carries the order number, which is the first thing any support process asks for.
- Check your card statement to identify which company actually took the payment. It is often a payment platform rather than the brand on the bottle, and that platform is usually the party that handles refunds.
- Look in spam if the confirmation has vanished. Payment processors get filtered unusually often.
- Each product page on this site names the relevant guarantee terms and who administers them.
Worth writing about
- A correction. A price that has moved, an ingredient that does not match the bottle in front of you, a guarantee stated wrongly. A photograph of the label settles most of these instantly.
- A broken link or page. Tell us which page and what happened.
- A product you think belongs here. Name it and where you came across it.
- A question about something written here. We can explain what a page means. We cannot tell you what to take.
Outside what we can do
Nobody here is a clinician, and no one here knows your medical history. Questions about whether a product suits you, whether it clashes with a prescription, or what dose is appropriate belong with a pharmacist or doctor — and a pharmacist will check an interaction for free, which makes them the most underused resource in this entire subject.
Please leave medical details out of any message. There is nothing useful we could do with them and no reason for us to hold them.
